Gemma first trained as an installer for integrated appliances over 5 years ago before becoming a qualified repairer and enhancing her knowledge within the appliance trade. In more recent years, Gemma has been focused on spearheading the company throughout an expansion to grow and to be able to provide our service to even more customers. In order to continue with her passion, Gemma is now based in our head office dealing with the finances and day to day running, ensuring that the whole team are providing a top-quality service.

Sam has worked with the Pries family for over 10 years and has obtained an abundance of knowledge within the trade. This has enabled her to help advise customers over the phone the best course of action for their repair.

Working alongside Gemma in the office with the day to day running, invoicing, diary management and assisting the engineers.

Not only is Chris one of the directors of Pries but he’s our specialist in the installation of integrated appliances with over 30 year’s experience, he certainly has the knowledge to repair and install your appliances. He has a keen eye for detail and can provide advice on the best appliance to purchase.

With over 30 year’s experience in repairing white goods, Steve has a wealth of knowledge under his tool belt. It’s one thing to visually see the fault but it’s a special skill to be able to hear the fault. That’s what three decades of experience gives you.

Anthony runs our second installation team and is the lead installer for the lovely RDO in Reigate who we work alongside. He carries out installations of integrated appliances for RDO customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly without a hitch! But it doesn’t stop there, on top of that Anthony is also a repairer providing you with the full package.

Recently qualified, Paul has been working hard repairing and installing appliances while covering all areas and providing top quality service to all our customers. Pauls knowledge of appliances is ever expanding becoming a great repairer and assisting other teams with installations.

Toby is a highly skilled repairer and a refrigeration specialist.

With over 20 years’ experience within Domestic and Commercial white goods, Toby is the definition of ‘no job too big or too small’!

Luke is a very skilled individual previously running his own company as a qualified roofer. He has decided to take on a new career path within the white goods trade. Luke assists both our installation teams with installing integrated appliances and is currently on the road training and progressing with repairs.

Luke is a sub-contractor but a valued member of the Pries team. Running his own company, Luke carries our repairs and installations on all gas cookers and hobs on behalf of Pries Appliances. He’s a brilliant worker, knowledgeable within his field and will be sure to make you smile.
