Gemma first trained as an installer for integrated appliances over 5 years ago before becoming a qualified repairer and enhancing her knowledge within the appliance trade. In more recent years, Gemma has been focused on spearheading the company throughout an expansion to grow and to be able to provide our service to even more customers. In order to continue with her passion, Gemma is now based in our head office dealing with the finances and day to day running, ensuring that the whole team are providing a top-quality service.

Not only is Chris one of the directors of Pries but he’s our specialist in the installation of integrated appliances with over 30 year’s experience, he certainly has the knowledge to repair and install your appliances. He has a keen eye for detail and can provide advice on the best appliance to purchase.

Our Administration Team is committed to providing excellent customer service and keeping our day-to-day operations running efficiently. They are often the first point of contact for our customers, helping with bookings, enquiries, and updates while ensuring every job is organised and completed smoothly. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly approach help us deliver the high standard of service our customers expect.

Toby is our Engineering Manager and a highly experienced White Goods Engineer with over 20 years of industry experience. Combining extensive technical expertise with strong leadership skills, he oversees daily operations while continuing to support customers with appliance diagnostics, repairs, and installations. His wealth of knowledge across a wide range of domestic appliances allows him to quickly identify and resolve issues, ensuring customers receive efficient and reliable service. Dedicated to maintaining the highest standards, Toby plays a key role in supporting the engineering team and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Anthony leads our first installation team and is the primary installer supporting RDO in Reigate, working closely with their customers to deliver seamless integrated appliance installations. He takes pride in ensuring every installation is completed to a high standard, with careful attention to detail and minimal disruption. Alongside his installation work, Anthony also carries out repairs, offering a complete end-to-end service from fitting to fault-finding.

Paul is a dedicated White Goods Engineer and valued member of our team. He works hard repairing and installing appliances across all of our service areas while delivering top-quality customer service. With an ever-expanding knowledge of domestic appliances, Paul is skilled at diagnosing and repairing faults and regularly assists other teams with installations. His friendly approach, reliability, and commitment to high standards make him a key part of the team.

Shaun is one of our experienced White Goods Engineers, bringing a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to every job. Specialising in the diagnosis, repair, and installation of household appliances, he works on everything from washing machines and dishwashers to ovens, cookers, and refrigeration appliances. Known for his friendly approach, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction, Shaun takes pride in providing reliable solutions and ensuring appliances are back up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Riley is one of our Installations Assistants, playing a key role in supporting the installation team with appliance deliveries, removals, and installations. Hard-working, dependable, and always willing to lend a hand, he helps ensure every job is completed safely and efficiently. Riley’s positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service make him a valued member of the team, helping to provide a smooth and professional experience for every customer.

Peter is another one of our Installations Assistants, assisting with appliance deliveries, removals, and installations to ensure every job runs smoothly. Reliable, hard-working, and customer-focused, he plays an important role in supporting our engineers and maintaining the high standards our customers expect. Peter takes pride in his work and is always willing to go the extra mile to help provide a professional and efficient service.

Geraldo is a sub-contractor but a valued member of the Pries team. Running his own company, Geraldo carries out Installations on all gas cookers and hobs on behalf of Pries Appliances. He’s a brilliant worker, knowledgeable within his field and will be sure to make you smile. Also specialising in supplying and installation new Boiler Systems.
